This ex-designer fabric is a tulle. It's soft, with a basic tulle structure and handle. Woven from a network of tiny interconnecting hexagons which gives it the characteristic net like appearance. Lightweight with a gentle drape and soft structure. Perfect for a gathered underskirt, lingerie, accessories, and crafting!
